How Japanese people stay thin

The real reason is that in High School, they make them do the ultimate torturous act of running a 7km marathon.

For what purpose?

THERE IS NO PURPOSE. They just REALLY like to make them run.

Well as a teacher I was offered to run with them…and I sort of did. If you watch the above video.
